Stuffed Peppers (The Don Style)

BEHOLD! The first recipe. This is pretty simple to get going, the only long part is the peppers in the oven. 😦 But the prep is pretty simple.

Ingredient List:

Mariana Sauce:

  • 2 Cans of Tomatoes
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil (A fair amount)
  • 7 Garlic Cloves
  • Sprig of Basil
  • Chilli Powder
  • Oregano
  • Salt and Pepper to taste.

Cooking time: 15 mins

Stuffed Peppers:

  • 9 Peppers
  • 1 packet of Ainsley Harriot’s Cous Cous (Or make your own).
  • 500g of Lean mince
  • 1 pack of Mozzarella

Cooking time: 60 mins

Add any veggies you want to build up the weight of the dish. Especially if you’re a monster and could eat 6 of these peppers in one go.


  • I didn’t make enough sauce to pour over the top of the veggies post cooking. I’ve added another can of tomatoes to compensate for this.
  • Add a few breasts of chicken to have with your veggies and this should be a full 5 days of meals, discounting snacks of course. But they’re easy enough, nuts and fruit. BOOM!
