Wingate Test (March 2016)

A progress update video measuring my peak power output, average power, fatigue index and time to peak power using a Monark cycle ergometer. Ran over a 30s burst, this test can be used to improve anaerobic and aerobic performance; but today was used to create a baseline before my current off-season training for Brighton Tsunami. I have no predictions yet, but a 2,000 watt peak power output is a goal I’d like to reach before September 2016 when the new season starts. A full post on how to conduct a Wingate test and calculations needed will be posted soon.
