Who wants to be able to show their summer abs off? If you got 10 to 15 minutes in the day to spare or can fit it in after your gym work out try and do these 6 killer abs workouts. I would recommend you do 3-4 sets of 10-12 with each of the workouts to really get them abs working and burning. I can promise you if you stick regularly to these workouts and stick to your healthy diet then yes you will be able to walk around with no top on or just in your bikini and feel proud about your summer abs.
