My personal journey from chunky monkey to super fit, new me.

Since starting this journey I have met so many cool, inspiring, dedicated, motivated, passionate people. Thanks to all of you for your part in making this journey enjoyable and motivational along the way. Much love to all you #FITFAM Twitter lovelies who fuelled my progression so far.

These same people have inspired me to follow a career in Fitness. Soooo I have taken courses in Fitness Instructing and soon to be enrolled on a (BSc Honours) Degree in Fitness Development this September at Brunel University (London). This has motivated me to share my journey, new knowledge and passion. To Pay it Forward so to speak.

    • Yes I have, but the path is rocky and still lots of hard work to do. Faced a couple of setbacks 😔 But I’m gonna keep pushing through.
