Nikki’s Story! Life Transformation.

I have to say this is inspiration!!! Nikki has hit the nail on the head. Making the decision to workout and change your body is one thing but it’s a change of lifestyle. It may seem easy for a few weeks but commitments will kick in. You will get sick, have moments when you don’t feel like doing any training. Holidays, birthdays, weekends; it’s the repetition and consistency that matters. Truly inspiring stuff from Nikki. High Five!
